PRIMED for Success! centers on PRIMED, a branded, holistic, data-driven framework that integrates prospect research and prospect management, reporting, analytics, and training so prospect development becomes a highly visible strategic asset that systematically supports, and consistently advances, institutional fundraising priorities.
PRIMED was developed and tested while supporting George Mason University's comprehensive campaign, which achieved more than $670 million against a $500 million goal. The initiative earned CASE International and CASE III Platinum Awards for Best Practices in Advancement Services, validating PRIMED as a rigorous, field-tested model rather than a theoretical prospect development concept.
A prospect development and advancement systems leader, Pam developed the PRIMED branded framework, an innovative methodology integrating prospect research and prospect management, reporting, analytics, training and branding into a strategic model for Advancement Services.
Pam began her career in higher education fundraising at George Mason University in 2007 as a prospect research analyst. Her journey from researcher to AVP demonstrates the transformative power of strategic thinking and systematic implementation—the very principles that form the foundation of PRIMED.
A Fellow of the CASE Minority Advancement Institute and George Mason University’s Leadership Legacy Program, Pam holds a BA in Journalism from New Mexico State University and an MPA in Nonprofit Management from George Mason University.
